2. Services and Purchase Terms

Thalio Media provides a press placement and media fulfillment platform, including digital editorial features and, where available, print or premium placements (“Services”).

If you purchase Services through the Site, your purchase is governed by the Service Agreement presented during the order process. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for Services-related matters.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Site and purchase Services.

4. Account, Order Information, and Agency Use

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, completing intake, or submitting materials.

If you purchase on behalf of a client (as an agency or representative), you represent and warrant that you have authorization to:

submit the client’s information and materials,
approve content on the client’s behalf (if applicable), and
agree to the Service Agreement and related terms.

5. Intake Materials and Client Submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you submit, including names, titles, biographies, claims, logos, photos, trademarks, and links.

You grant Thalio Media a limited license to use submitted materials only as needed to draft, edit, submit, and publish the ordered placement and to deliver the Services.

6. Drafting Process and Approval

Services may include drafting and revisions as described in the Service Agreement. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and providing timely approvals and feedback. Delays in responses may affect timelines.

7. AI-Generated Drafts (If Enabled)

If AI-assisted drafting is offered or enabled for a placement, you understand that:

AI output may contain errors or require editing,
you must review content prior to approval, and
final publication proceeds only after your approval (per the Service Agreement).

8. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Payment is required before intake submission and delivery steps, as described in your workflow and Service Agreement. Taxes may apply depending on your location and payment method.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refund and revision terms are governed by the Service Agreement and any stated refund policy presented at purchase. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in account restrictions and collection efforts to recover unpaid amounts.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

violate any law or regulation,
submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content,
attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security,
scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer Site content or publication listings,
use the Site to distribute malware or harmful code.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (excluding your submitted materials) are owned by Thalio Media or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written permission.

12. Third-Party Links and Publications

The Site may reference third-party websites, publications, or services. Thalio Media is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability. Publication policies and formatting can change at any time.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

specific media outcomes beyond what is stated in the Service Agreement,
search ranking improvements,
indexing by search engines,
traffic, leads, or sales results.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thalio Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Site or Services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thalio Media from claims arising out of your submitted materials, misuse of the Site, or breach of these Terms or the Service Agreement.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if we believe you violated these Terms, the Service Agreement, or applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida/USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
